Ingredients

4 x 20g slices galia melon 1 Coop British pear, cored and halved 12 green and red grapes 12 blackberries;

Method

1. Using a star-shaped cutter, cut out 4 stars from the melon 2. Cut the pear into chunks, and thread onto 4 skewers, alternating with the grapes and blackberries 3. Top each skewer with a melon star to serve
